Great location in a nice quiet part of town. Clean room with all the amenities everything working as it should. Only gripe is that a member of staff recommended a restaurant which would have lobster and it turned out they had no such thing available.
Extremely friendly staff. We ended up in a room without a functional air-conditioner, and the staff switched us to a new room, no questions asked. Fast wifi, free breakfast, clean rooms, pool, sauna, and walking distance to various restaurants and cafés. Very nice looking hotel, too, very cute Victorian looking lobby, with lemon water, coffee, tea and candy.
Our recent event at The Loyalist was without question the best. We were welcomed and made feel right at home with our many requests met promptly and always with a smile. The meeting room was set up exactly as discussed and they even went out of their way to purchase and set up flags for the stage. This was the perfect venue for our gathering of 90 people. Top notch location. Top notch venue. Top notch service and hospitality. Highly recommend for any meeting venue required in Summerside.
Absolutely stunning building. Food a bit ugh. Atmosphere is great. Gym, pool, sauna. Maintenance man Carlos was very helpful with sending us to Michael's for dinner. Very nice to talk too. Wharf n lighthouse across the street.
